A BRAND NEW SOUND STAGE FOR BRISTOL

Box 7 is a brand new, fully treated sound stage for Bristol. Designed with filmmaking and TV in mind.

Located on Skyline Park it sits a stones throw away from production company PYTCH, it is perfectly placed to serve Bristol’s thriving creative sector.

Box 7 is designed to be entirely flexible to your needs; with facilities alongside our sound stage including a completely acoustically dampened podcasting room / photo studio, lounge area, hair & makeup and dressing rooms, productions offices, showers and WC's, you can choose what to hire - or take the entire building.

Being just a stones throw from PYTCH means that any tech you could, would or should need is provided by us, and you're welcome to hire anything extra right on the day you need it.

Everything you need in one location

Located on Skyline Park Creative Campus, Box 7 has everything you need on site for a production. Cameras, lighting, rigging, grading suites, production offices, parking, set and prop fabrication, VP studios, all within a stone's throw from the loading dock door.

5500 sq ft

Large enough for custom sets and large vehicles, like buses, accessed by a 4m loading dock door, plus plenty of height for all your rigging.

Full Acoustic Treatment

On both the sound stage space and other areas, we’ve taken every step to ensure the sound outside stays out and the sound inside is clear and dead.

Black and Chroma Green Drape

Dual-layer drapery so you can have a full ‘black box’ or green-screen backdrop. We can also add a chroma green floor for a full green-screen shoot.

Podcast/Green Screen Studio

A separate, heavily deadened room for podcasting and talking head shoots. With a chroma green cove along one wall, covered by a retractable drape.

Hair & Makeup Facilities

Large, heated 5m x 10m makeup room with mirrored wall and lighting. Get ready for the shoot in comfort. No more cold back rooms.

3-phase Power

Two distribution boards in the main space with 63/3, 32/1 and 16A connections. Fed from our solar array on the roof for sustainable power.

Equipment Hire on Site

Our equipment hire warehouse is just a few doors down, with preferential rates on lighting, rigging, grip, audio, and cameras for Box 7 customers.

Grading & Editing

Fully-featured Grading and Editing suite available on site for editing as you shoot.

Virtual Production

Next door is Bristol’s only permanent virtual production studio, meaning you have no need to take your production off-site to shoot VP sequences.
